As a integral part of the sourcing process, Hyphenet is committed to understanding each one of our vendor partners on a granular basis so that we can ensure successful transactions for both the vendor and client.

When initially applying to become part of the Vendor Partner portfolio, each vendor goes through a rigorous screening / due diligence process where they not only provide Hyphenet with information on their capabilities but also their internal processes.

Each vendor in the Vendor Partner portfolio is included in our database and agrees to provide Hyphenet information on their capabilities on a bi-annual basis. In return for providing capabilities information, Hyphenet works with each vendor to:
  • Reduce of their sales cycle by pre-qualifying clients based on vendor capabilities
  • Provide open and honest feedback from our clients at the conclusion of each engagement
  • Provide Post-deal analysis including current and former customer opinion and market based pricing comparisons
  • A bilateral agreement enabling vendors to expand their service offerings through Hyphenet's vendor portfolio
